Since May, the number of closed transactions in Denver has surged 57.3% according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. This is still a decline of nearly 7 percent compared to the same time last year, but considering everything this is fairly remarkable.
The report also finds the average home price at $509,736 which is a 3 percent increase from last month and 2 percent compared to 2019.
The Seller’s Market remains strong as pressure mounts on buyers to act during an uncertain economy and the possibility of future shut downs. With increased demand, low inventory, record-low mortagage rates and rising prices we are experiencing a very nuanced market place. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!
